Using the Electronic Prescribing Service (EPS) greatly speeds up the time it takes us to receive your prescription and therefore reduces any delays in getting your supplies out to you.
The Rocialle Direct Prescription Home Delivery Service work closely with your GP or prescribing service to minimise delays and ensure you receive your order when needed.
However, we recommend you leave sufficient time and place your next order when you have at least two weeks of your supplies remaining in case of unexpected delays.
The complimentary stoma pouch cutting service or customisation is available to anyone using our delivery service.
