Placing Your First Prescription Order

Thank you for choosing to place an order with the Rocialle Direct Prescription Home Delivery Service for the first time.

If you’ve already registered with us and are looking to make a repeat order, you can click here to redirect you to a short reorder form.

We will require the following information from you:

  1. Your GP’s name and address
  2. Details of your products including the code and/or description along with the quantities you require
  3. Your exemption details and NHS number if you have it available

Once your form has been reviewed, a member of our team will be in touch if we require any further information or to confirm that we will request your prescription.
