At Rocialle Direct we want to do everything possible to ensure you receive your supplies when you need them and never run out.

Therefore we work closely with your GP or prescribing service to minimise any delays and recommend you leave sufficient time and place your next order when you have two weeks of supplies remaining.

If you would like to receive your products monthly and let us remind you when its time to request your next prescription, lets us know and we can do just that!

We will call you to check what you require for the next order to ensure you are only ordering the products you need and reduce any unnecessary ordering.

We can also check at this time if there are any changes to customisation or delivery detail.
