Your cutting requirements can be changed at any time as we appreciate there are many factors that can influence this and these, you can let us know in a number of ways:
If you haven’t registered on the service as yet, complete our first prescription order form and add your cutting requirements.
If you are already ordering your supplies with us, just add them to your next reorder form (embed the link to this one) or alternatively call us on 0800 008 6646.
If you or your healthcare professional hold a template you only need to supply this once unless your requirements have changed. We will be in touch if you indicate you have a template so we can see who holds your current template and discuss the best way to receive a copy.
