We are Rocialle Direct

Rocialle Direct was established in 2022 and is a trading division of Rocialle Healthcare, created with a distinct purpose to support the needs of our community customers with a wide range of high quality and cost-effective medical devices, along with a first-class customer service experience.

At Rocialle Direct we are passionate about making a difference to the lives of people living with stoma and woundcare needs, and our foundation is based on a total commitment to delivering high quality products through a customer centric approach.

The Emperor brand of stoma and woundcare products provides our customers with the quality expectations of a leading UK manufacturer, whilst supporting the NHS with their plan to reduce the overall spend in these areas.  Our efficient manufacturing partners ensure we deliver cost effective solutions whilst never compromising on quality.

Our team have extensive commercial and clinical experience in both the stoma and woundcare sectors and are well equipped to support the needs of all our customers, we look forward to being of service!

With over 30 years in the Medical Device Sector, Gill is an experienced leader who is passionate about improving patient outcomes and providing the very best in customer service.

Gill leads the essentially likeminded Rocialle Direct team, who aim to deliver nothing short of excellence at each and every opportunity.

Gill is a Registered General Nurse with post graduate qualifications in both stoma care and continence management, and is always available to support the needs of our community customers.

Ben graduated in 2012 with a Sport Science Degree from Sheffield Hallam University and began his medical sales career in 2015.

Starting out within the Urology field before moving to a wound care role in 2018.  During this time Ben has developed his knowledge and skills in product ranges covering all aspects of wound care and has worked for companies including Molnlycke, Advancis and Flen Health.

Ben joined Rocialle in 2022 to manage and support the development of the Rocaille woundcare range.

Rachel qualified as a Registered Nurse in 1993, and with a special interest in colorectal surgery went on to obtain a post graduate qualification in Stoma Care.

Since leaving the NHS Rachel has gained a vast amount of sales, marketing and clinical experience whilst working for manufacturers and distributors within the field of stoma, continence, aesthetics, and most recently renal care.

With this knowledge and energetic attitude towards helping and supporting patients to achieve an improved quality of life Rachel is ideally placed to support the needs of our customers.

Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Jordan graduated in 2017 with a Computer Games Design Degree from the University of South Wales (Cardiff) and obtained a post graduate Diploma of Higher Education in Social Media for Business in 2020, a real tech wizard!

Jordan brings his expertise in both digital marketing and graphic design to the team and is looking forward to supporting our customers both online and via our freephone helpline.

Iman graduated from the University of Brighton in 2020 with a degree in Podiatric Medicine. She began her clinical career in 2020, working as a Podiatrist with two of the largest private providers of podiatry in London.

2021 saw her move into the NHS as a Diabetic Wound Care Specialist for Mid-Essex NHS Trust and then on to Essex Partnership University Trust, where she specialised in the treatment of high-risk diabetic foot ulcerations and amputee patients.

Iman is currently studying for a Masters Degree in Wound Care and Tissue Viability Management.
